Maddy's Observation Day at LRSH

Maddy had observation day at LRSH today.  She did such a good job. She sat in her chair, she paid attention to the lesson (80% of the time) and she is beginning to participate. She likes to share and overall she did a great job. Hard to believe our little one is growing up!

Gabby's 1st Piano Recital

Gabby had her first piano recital. I was the only one able to attend but it worked out perfectly. She was the first one to play and did a perfect job! Her piano teacher Jayne is so patient and a really good teacher for Gabby. I am so proud of her and her hard work. 

A Weekend in San Diego

We went to San Diego for the long weekend. It was 80 degrees and beautiful! We hung at the zoo, the beach, the park, the ship - anything fun! The girls had a great trip and Lilly and Gabby got to ride in the flight simulators. Gabby rode with a Marine - what an experience! 

Happy Valentines Day!

Friday February 12th was Valentines Day at school. I was hopeful that I was going to be able to get all the girls in similar shirts...but alas I could not find Lilly's shirt! They all had on their Valentine attire (courtesy of Ann) but varying outfits. I couldn't get them to sit still...but I guess this is how it goes as they get older and develop more and more personality!

Gabby got a HAIR CUT!

Gabby is swimming on a regular basis now and it was time to cut her hair! She has it right at shoulder length and is really enjoying it...her comment the morning after was - "Wow mom! It's not even tangly!" 

Lilly's Observation Day at LRSH

I am behind on my posts...this was 2 weeks ago! Lilly had observation day at school.  Gordon and I both were able to attend and had the opportunity to watch her interact with her teachers and fellow students.  Lilly impressed us! She is doing very well and a Star Student in our eyes. She still has her moments...but she loves to perform, loves to learn and is a happy girl!

Happy Chinese New Year

The girls all put on their outfits today in honor of Chinese New Year!  Gabby did not have school and her outfit was not going to work for Sports Camp and Maddy wouldn't keep hers on but Lilly (of all the girls) chose to wear her outfit to school today! Hope the year of the Monkey treats everyone well!

It was a weekend to play

The girls had a great time this weekend playing...We played tennis, rode bikes and went swimming! We had playdates all day Sunday with some of our favorite friends and everyone had a great time!  Getting ready for summer!!
