Halloween at LRSH 2015

Gabby's school doesn't let the kids dress up so we just sprayed her hair pink and called it done.  She was thrilled and is excited to wear her angel costume tomorrow.  Lilly was a beautiful princess and anything is a step up from last year when she refused to wear any outfit at all!  Maddy was a pumpkin princess and loves her dress as well.  It was a great parade and the girls did a great job of singing - Lilly is not shy!!

October Fun in San Diego

We took our Annual October San Diego trip this past weekend - incredible.  We say it every year but October is the best time of year in San Diego.  80 degrees and sunny and nobody at the beach! We spent a couple hours each day at the beach and I have no pictures to show for it...we were having too much fun! Lilly did some great boogie boarding and Gabby is really enjoying body surfing with dad.  We went to the ship, the pumpkin patch, the zoo, baked cookies with friends and decorated them for Halloween and just had a blast.  Gabby saw Dr. Granet and does not need surgery which is great news - we will be getting her new glasses! Scans came back clean so off we go for another 6 mos!  It was a wonderful trip and we can't wait to go back in a couple weekends!

Gabby Birthday Celebration

Gabby had her birthday celebration at the house on Saturday.  She had lots of friends come, snakes and lizards and lots of fun was had by all!

Gabby's First Swim Meet

Gabby had her first swim meet on Saturday.  It was low-key but she did awesome! She got 4th in 25 butterfly (6-8 yr old division) and 2nd in 25 freestyle (6-8 yr old division).  Very proud of our little swimmer!

Gabby Birthday at School

Gabby had a birthday celebration at school on Friday.  Smith cookies and lots of fun with friends! 

This Weekend

We had a great weekend full of fun birthday parties and time spent at home.  Lillian is getting very good at writing her name...in rainbow colors! We had 2 birthday parties this weekend and both were a lot of fun.  Other big happenings this weekend included saying goodbye to Madeline's crib! She is in a big girl bed...for part of the night at least :)
