A Chance to Hang with Grandmother Ann

This week the girls had a chance to see Grandmother Ann.  They each had their own day with her and had a nice time.  Gabby is in theatre camp and is preparing for a production of Shrek. Lots of fun and it's still Thursday!

 

All Aboard the USS Midway

Gabby and Gordon had a chance to stay the night aboard the USS Midway.  Gabby was SOOOO excited and loved every second of it.  They got to go to places typically closed to the public, had chow, learned what a duck was and had a night recon mission.  She had a blast and while they were on the ship, the girls and I hung at the park.  The weather was nice - perfect at 75 and the girls had a great time at the beach.

 

 

Lilly's First Haricut!

Lilly had her first real haircut yesterday! I thought a little trim was needed to help with the tangles! She did such a great job and sat so nicely. She was Student of the Day at school so she enjoyed eating her lollipop as she got her hair cut.  She is so cute :)

 

Happy July 4th

 What a fun weekend!  We spent the weekend in San Diego, enjoying the beach, LEGOLAND, the Zoo, and so many more fun side trips.  We had fireworks on the beach at La Jolla and saw all kinds of fish at the aquarium in Carlsbad. The girls did an amazing job and we had a blast. So many baby animals at the zoo right now...so much fun!
