Gabby in Art Class
Since it is raining cats and dogs here, Gabby is having art class. She LOVES to paint! I am not sure if there is more paint on her or the paper!
Gabby had her 15-month check up yesterday and weighed 23.6 lbs and was 30.25 inches tall. She is in the 50% for both categories. The doctor was very impressed with her speech (surprise surprise)! She had 2 shots and not even a peep.

Gabby loving the water
Gabby was able to get in the pool every day this weekend...and loved every second of it! She aslo got to go to the park every day. Last night we were in the swings, after 20 min we tried to take her out to go play on the slides. She screamed bloody murder so we thought we would take her to the middle of the grass area and play ball. She walked over a hill, by a fence and by a parking lot to get back to the swings! She a a girl that knows what she wants :)

A Few of Gabby Firsts...
Well it is the middle of January and we spent today in the pool! No pictures of that but we also had a couple of other firsts for Gabby. We had our first dump truck (kind of like a wagon) ride. It worked great until Gabby got dumped out the back!
We also had our first finger painting lesson today. Gabby is a natural! She loved every second of it and in fact had more paint on her than we wanted to wash off so we went straight to the pool.
Enjoy the pictures!

UPDATE
I have been slacking...maybe that's what happens when I am not in an office! Gabby is doing great. We had a check-up with Dr. Granet today (2 pictures are from the appointment today)and all is well. Her eye pressure was normal and she was her perky self.
We have had a busy couple of weeks....we went up to the farm for Christmas. Gabby had a blast. We went on lots of walks and ATV rides. Gabby got to meet David and Goliath (2 calves my dad has in the barn) and loved meeting Ginger. Gabs was a little sick over the holidays so she was a little cranky but overall still a happy girl.
We came home and Gabby has fallen in love with the swings all over again and has now learned about slides! She still backs around and goes down feet first but she is able to climb up to the top on her own! Gabby has also learned how to open doors, flush the toilet and stick out her tongue when you ask her where her tongue is! Gabby is still drooling a lot but she now has 5 more teeth!! She still loves to play peek-a-boo and is even playing hide-&-go seek with Papa around the house! Still a little slow with the "adult" foods but LOVES chocolate and ice cream (she is her mother's daughter...)!
We had a wonderful holiday and lots of good food, love and attention. Enjoy the updated pictures!
